The Pythagorean Tarot book (480 pages) and 78-card deck set was published by Llewellyn, ISBN 1-56718-449-9. Unfortunately, it is now out of print, but you might be able to find used copies. See also the Errata list.

I do intend to produce a new, expanded edition of the book, so watch for it!
